I went on Wednesday morning I was looking at a watch band for my Apple Watch ultra and ask the staff member would they help me take out the length of the watch band they said no I can’t do that. I turn back to them said I spoke to the manager on Tuesday and they said they could do that. They said they’ve never done this before, and they sent me to Mr Minit, really not happy. I did not buy the item. These guys need to be really good. Come on guys lift up your game
