Could not speak more highly of this business. So organised from the first day we met with them. They built our dream home in record speed with amazing finishes and completely hassle free. We could not be more happy with their service.

Extremely disappointing. We built our Dream home with SJM nearly 2 years back. They built home quick but finishing was not good enough. There were few issues after the handover and they ignored us for long time to get back to us. They even did not complete everything that was written on the contract. We approached with those concerns multiple times but they dismissed our concerns. There has been more disappointment from electrical side. They overcharged on many things they did(some are not even completed as per our contract.) painting side was equally bad. Some of the paint faded away very quickly. Plumbing issues were dismissed. They put our gas bottles in very inconvenient spot even when I said where to put it before it was installed and refused to change it afterwards. Multiple water leakages issues.I would never go back to build another home with them and do not recommend anyone to build with them. Absolute waste of time and money.
