Joseph is a patient, understanding supportive chiro who takes great care and does the very best for you. He seeks to understand thoroughly and has a very flexible holistic approach and is not a bone cruncher. He not only focuses on adjustments but he goes through and presents exercise plans for rehabilitation. I started noticing results within 2 weeks and would not go anywhere else.

Joe is fantastic and full of knowledge. He’s very patient and encouraging and has given me targeted plans to work through which have been tremendously helpful with my back pain and sciatica. The new facility is brilliant and has access to anything you could possibly need for rehab and reform. Even though it’s a drive for me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Step One Chiro. I came to Joseph about 5 weeks ago with a very aggravated lower back after injuring it playing basketball. During the initial consult Joseph was extremely thorough in the way he assessed the injury - his passion and knowledge surrounding his work was clearly evident. We got stuck straight into a rehab plan tailored towards strengthening my lower back and I felt stronger in that area after leaving the clinic every time. After every session Joseph would promptly send through the rehab plan with any new exercises that were introduced in that session. I began seeing Joseph twice a week for the first couple of weeks and then bumped it down to once a week as the pain started to ease. After 5 weeks of working through Joseph’s rehab plan I am completely pain free and can play basketball and run again freely. It was about a 45-50 min drive to Step One Chiro but completely worth it. I couldn’t recommend Step One Chiro enough.

He is not just limited to adjusting your spine or working on you, he also works with you for some section of benefitable exercise.
