Salesman very nice and cooperative - but this car, what can I say. First of all to test drive it I had to put my own petrol in. The salesman let me know the front left wheel bearing was off, car would shake a bit. After speaking with RAA I was told that this was actually dangerous, and I shouldn’t legally have been allowed to test drive the car in this condition. I actually had the salesman know I wanted to test at 100k/hr and am shocked that there was little concern for me and my partner’s wellbeing.I asked my dad to have a look under the hood and he quickly found an oil leak - which for the Outback is a car killer. RAA quoted up to $3500 for the fix, because the car’s engine needs to be pulled out. Can I just say - I politely returned the car with a ‘no thankyou’, and I dodged a nuclear missile. This car was a bank destroyer, dressed up as a great deal. Always get a car evaluated by a professional mechanic before purchase.

JD from the Brighton Road Motor Hut was super helpful! I called today to inquire about selling my Hyundai Getz and although Motor Hut were not interested in buying it JD sat down with me and called some other used car buyers to see if they were interested, gave me lots of helpful information on selling my vehicle privately and what kind of price I should be looking for. JD went the extra mile and took some more professional looking photos of my vehicle and ave me lots of tips on what to write in my personal advertisement, this was all for free!. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, I am super appreciative for JD's help! Very friendly, honest customer service!

Went to view a lexus with Muhammed and after seeing the papers with no detail about what service was done at each check was told by him that lexus do not give the information on what was done at each service". The next day I called up lexus adelaide and after providing them with the VIN number of the vehicle were able to give me a FULL history of the car's services. Found out there was an issue with the hybrid system but that the previous owner did not get it fixed before selling. This information was not provided to me when looking at the car and was deliberately mislead to believe the car was OK. AVOID!!!"

Really bad do not make the same mistake i did. The insurance policy they sold me they could not even claim on. I spent $1,700 having leaks repaired after they told me they did. The inside of the tyres worn had to be replaced another $900. I went to add a twin exhaust and discovered the car had been hit from behind so another $1000 replacing the bar. All up on a $13,000 car I have spent over 4,000 to get right and still other minor issues to sort. I was lied to which upsets me the most and the insurance policy is good for toilet paper only. Do not buy a car here unless you have deep pockets just very poor and much better options around.

First time buying a car, and initially thought everything went well and that the car was great... Come to find out the car didn't come with a spare key or floor mats, and further, the car had major outstanding issues which were very expensive to fix.I updated my review, initially 5 stars, but have to be honest and echo some others' warnings about dealing with this dealership, seems like I'm one of many who had the same issues.

Very good dealer, prompt at replying, very professional and good service. Gave me the best warranty plan and a deal for a buyer looking for his first car. Seller was a very patient man who answered all my questions as a buyer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - they tried to sell us a dangerously unsafe car, claiming it had been fixed, serviced and was safe. Only by doing our research with the car's company did we find out that Motor Hut lied. They were pushy, sexist (would only deal with my male partner) and lied about other customers and deposits which we unravelled on the spot. They also called us 'time wasters' when we walked away. Awful - won't ever be going back and would recommend you stay away too.
