Really appreciate the handover team , Gino and Frank. They have helped me understand how to look after our new pool , I would definitely recommend Rainwise to anyone that is thinking of a new pool install.

When I decided a few months ago I wanted a pool for summer I literally called every pool company in Victoria. I chose Rainwise because they are the best so trust me and don’t settle for second best. Their knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness is off the charts. They made sure installing my own pool was as easy as can be, with support every step of the way, their detailed DIY guide and advice was what ensured I had my pool project completed successfully in 3 months. I rate this company 10/10 and give them the A+ they deserve!! Thank you Rainwise for being absolutely amazing and for making our dream a reality, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Rainwise caused a major leak in my pool via the Hydro Static Valve by not removing the debris around it which then caused it to get stuck open and drain my pool. Very unprofessional, especially since the man that did the clean had previously worked for the company that had fixed this issue the last time it happened and even recalled the job to us while he was at our house. Once informed of the leak they asked me to send photos so I did. It then took a further two days for me to get a response from them after calling them a number of times. Once I did, they just said we don't deal with leaks". They did absolutely nothing to help with repairs and now that it's fixed they want me to pay again to get it cleaned. Unbelievable!"
