A year after arriving in Byron Bay from NYC in the middle of the pandemic with a baby and no support network in the area, my body and spirit was broken. I was suffering through constant, unbearable pain in left hip in addition to general body aches and limited movement as a result of the pain. My wife gifted me a massage with Flavia for my birthday to help me heal. I’ve had 100s of massages in NY and around the world and this one stood out as one of the best. I began a program designed by Flavia to heal my pain and get my life back. Within 3 months of beginning the program, I’m mostly pain free and feel like the person I was before all this stress and trauma of the past few years.

I have been an acupuncturist and phsysio for 25+ years. A great massage has many excellent therapeutic benefits. Problem is finding that good massage - the frustration of a slippery rub can outweigh these benefits LOL. Flavia on the other hand is a true body worker - assessing while she massages and providing treatment according to what her fingers/hands tell her. I rarely can whole-heartedly recommend a massage therapist, but Flavia is the best I've seen in recent memory.
