Everything is done very well and are really nice

Probably the worst she spoilt my most expensive pair of jeans. Please don’t ever go here. I never leave reviews but it was my absolute nightmare. When asked why it was done so she put the entire blame on me such a lazy attitude and don’t even listen to what the customers want. I’m so frustrated. She even refused to give the cut pieces of my jeans so that I could have gone somewhere else to mend it. So bad I’m so disappointed couldn’t even tell you.

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever experienced. It was great service a number of years ago, however, since they have moved they have lost my dress. Upon raising this with the lady, she didn’t ever bother looking for it and became argumentative. Will never use again.

Lost my works shirts. Destroyed one. Got one mixed up with someone elses shirt. Disgusting covered in stains and not my shirt lady claims its mine but wont even fit me. Terrible place

This is the most unprofessional and unscrupulous dry cleaner I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I brought in an old dressing gown to have a couple of holes patched up. The seamstress said she could trim part of the waist belt off to use as patches due to the length of the belt which I was ok with. The 1st red flag was that I was asked to pre-pay for the repairs. After going home later that night I decided that it wasn't worth repairing the garment, and decided to replace it instead. The next morning I intended to come into the shop to collect my garment, but was feeling unwell. As I live alone, I called the number on the receipt 14 times over the 3 days I was home sick trying to get them to cancel the work, but the phone kept ringing out which was the 2nd red flag. I finally felt well enough to come in 2 hours before the garment was supposed to be ready. The 3rd red flag was when I came in, the lady said the garment wasn't ready because I was just about to go out and buy some fabric". I knew straight away she was lying to cover for the fact she was behind and hadn't bothered to call me to notify me. In any case
