I rang these guys Dean & his son Dean at noon & they arrived 2 hours later all the way from south of Mackay to 80k’s north They mobilised an 8T Positrack on the back of a Mack truck tilt tray & jumped straight into the job no chit chat no burning up the clock My 5.5T tractor was bogged good & proper The back wheel was half deep in thick grey custard-like mud in the bottom of a gully along with the skiddy In less than 45 mins they performed the utmost remarkable recovery I’ve ever witnessed combined with outstanding professionalism respect & politeness and gave me a substantial discount in return for prompt payment I’ve never seen anything this outstanding from any business in Mackay ever no casual attitude no she’ll be right no smart mouthing me no deceit no swindling whatsoever Dean Dad said he designed the amazing chunk of metal on the front of the machine Dean Son reversed up the hill & dug these claws that are part of the huge metal chunk into the ground & winched the skiddy out in under 60 seconds with the thick steel cable As for winching the tractor out that was equally MIND BLOWING outstanding Dean Son wedged the machine behind a tree dug the claws into the ground & I drove the tractor out again in less than 60 seconds FAAAAAARRRR OUT I’ve never seen anyone perform like Dean & Dean I’ve never felt so grateful I’ve never felt my money was worth every single cent They did all this on a Sunday mind you!
