I asked for matte nails but they still turned out shiny and I was charged an extra $5 for the matte" top coat. Very rough filing and rude staff. I was quite disappointed because this place was recommended to me by a friend. I will not be coming back here."

Get to appointment only to be told it was cancelled I had no message or text very poor service and I heard this has happened to 3 others this week I won’t go again

Colourful Nails
As I am unable to reach the toenails on my right foot due to hip problems and scoliosis, the pedicure, nail trim and foot massage is very helpful in relieving neuropathy pain. I've always found the staff helpful and friendly in the past. Sadly I have not been able to secure an appointment over the phone this year ('23.) and my messages go unanswered. As I live approx half an hour from Portland, my shopping is centred around my pedicure appointments.

I was very disappointed in the service , I had a booking and I was seated and had half of my pedicure done and made to wait for at least 15 minutes so another girl could come and finish my treatment off , then went to pay and was told it was another $5 to take old polish off, there’s a sign on the window A4 size with prices on it with nothing of the extra $5 very disappointed trying to help local businesses while on holidays
