The single worst experience I have had with any vendor. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I feel this is a necessary public service announcement.I hired two Marquee's for my wedding, and they arrived over 7 hours after the agreed upon time. After roughly 5 minutes of medium rain, the larger of the Marquee's billowed and filled with water, dunking large splashes inside the marquee.Then, after some heavier rain, the marquee collapsed completely, snapping it's poles and blocking the entrance to a larger marquee that I had bought and set up myself. I called and asked for the marquee to be replaced, only to be told that no more marquees were available. I then requested that the marquee at least be removed from my property before the wedding, as it was an eyesore. After being told that the marquee collapsed due to an 'act of god' (ah, rain) I was told that no one was available to collect the marquee until the Monday after the weekend. Upset by this, I suggested that I could dispose of the broken marquee, or drag it up to the road off my property - I was then screamed at down the phone line and told that I would be sued if I damaged the marquee further: 'I will sue you! I will sue you!' and also told that he could charge me a damage fee because the marquee collapsed on my property.After sending pictures of the collapsed marquee, pictured next to the inexpensive and much larger marquee that I had bought and erected myself (this one survived the 'act of god') I received a text saying that he would indeed pick the marquee up and be there in 15 minutes.When he arrived he was incredibly abusive to my relatives, causing my elderly aunt and my sister to cry - he then threatened to remove the one functional marquee as well as the broken one - fortunately my dad was able to calm him down and get him to leave.An incredibly negative experience to have the day before my wedding, and an incredible waste of time. Not only was the service, which money was being charged for, not satisfactorily provided, it was an inconvenient and upsetting experience.All other vendors who provided services to the wedding were wonderful, timely and professional.
