Call ahead and its always easy to book some time on weekends and prevents the waiting in queues. Good haircuts minus the crowd. I have only ever tried boys and men's haircuts here and the hairdressers easily understand what you are after. Never had a bad haircut in the few years I've been visiting them.

Went in for a trim and was left with an extremely uneven cut that is very obvious…The service was very disappointing and I was charged $50 for an uneven cut that left one side of my hair much longer.

Hairdresser was blowing air on the back of my neck with their mouth- like someone blowing on soup, blowing a candle out etc. - while brushing off loose hair at the end of the haircut. I asked them not to, and to just use the brush, but it was hard to communicate with them. This is unhygienic.

Think their scissors are blunt and crooked, my hair cut looks like Seismograph reading, did Canberra have an earth quake yesterday, save your money buy your own scissors go for a run while cutting your own hair and it will look better.
