Trek Bicycle New Farm
Every time I go to Trek New Farm, I am incredibly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. They have all been extremely helpful, including phoning back regarding parts when I was located in Central Australia (of which they tried all avenues to find, even though it wasn't an expensive part!). My most recent visit today was no different, Norbert providing a lot advice with an incredible amount of friendliness and patience. They really go the extra mile and provide fantastic customer service which is hard to beat! :)

Trek Bicycle New Farm
Gavin and the team were very helpful with my recent road bike purchase. I have been riding a hybrid for several years and the jump to road bike and cleats presented many many questions - all of which he patiently answered! This particular bike was more expensive then the Canyon and Giant alternatives but it was the level of service that convinced me I wanted to purchase and service with Trek. I am also looking forward to an upcoming store bike ride on the river loop in coming weeks!

So disappointed. Spent $4.5k on a Checkpoint SL5. Shop removed the tag on the valve stating there was no sealant in the tyre but did not actually put the sealant in! Only discovered this on my first trail ride 100km from the nearest bikeshop. Bad preparation on the sale of a premium model.PS love the bike but would never buy from this store or get a service there again as can’t trust that they would do the right thing

Completely disorganised service. Booked a service only to have someone call a week later and cancel it because the whole team was going to The Gabba store for a week to “sort things out”. Rescheduled the service for two weeks in the future. Left work early to drop the bike on the scheduled day. Discovered that they “don’t do service at this location anymore”.
