one of the driver's speeding from the front of their business almost crashed onto our car and when we beeped to say watch out drove up behind us with their high beams into our window. Either had a bad day at work or is an actual child but would never use their business if they treat random people like this

Sectional sewer replacement - Continually kept getting blocked sewer after the job was done, no support from Hix to resolve it other than blaming other things. Multiple plumbers on different occasions scoped the line and traced the blockage back to the poor repair done by Hix plumbing. The repair had to be dug up and redone to a higher standard by another plumber at our expense, we've had no issues for months now, goes without saying I'd never use or recommend this company again.

Highly recommend a wonderful team. Starting from Julie the receptionist who arranged a booking for Paul & Alex who fixed my Solar Panels both professional friendly and courteous. I was dealing with a bunch if cowboys in the past.

We engaged this company because our current strata uses them, we asked them to perform a fire safety check. It took over a month to organise a date for someone to come out; we would constantly have to remind and follow up.It’s been 2 months and we haven’t even had the inspection complete.I cancelled the job and found another supplier.
