Absolutely disgusting service. Rang up twice to ask a simple question if the goods I have are worth bringing into the store. Twice was put on hold and hung up on. Third time I was just told to jump online like every other useless customer service skilled personnel does. What are these employees trained for!! To just be rude and direct their customers else where seemingly..?

One star is more than what this store deserves.Just today, I drove all the way from Brisbane to buy the Coffee Machine they advertised. I came in and seen the machine up stairs but they didn't let us go up just because shortage of staff. The guy went up stairs to bring it down but he came back with empty hands and apologies, telling me the machine has been posted to Melbourne for repairs.Few hours later, I purchased it online and picked it up from same store (Coolangatta).Why is that?It was a big waste of time and fuel.

Excellent customer service, both polite and understanding, answered all my questions within minutes.I ordered from the Coolangatta store in QLD to NSW and my delivery arrived within 3 days. The Xbox One X is in excellent condition, including the original packaging.This is by far the best overall customer service I’ve had from a cash converters store and I’ve had transactions with numerous other stores.

Purchased a very cheap portable air con which unfortunately turned out to have some issues. Oh well, these things happen. Most importantly however the friendly team at Cashies quickly provided a hassle free refund and so overall still a good customer experience. Have bought lots from Cashies before and will again in the future.

Good afternoon Danny. I'm sorry but our phone systems are not currently working correctly. We haven't been able to call out for the last few days. We've been told that situation is being looked into, however at this time, I am not able to phone out from here.....E mailed about an expensive watch ?...7 days later i get this...Maybe they can get one of the mobiles out of the showcase and use it ??? I bought another one for far more money by someone that spoke to me over the phone...Blame the fax machine next time guys...That, I will understand...

I remember that I empty my wallet in front of the guy working there with 83$ and some cents , that guy refused me a 89$ phone , for 5$ and the rest ! Now, 3weeks after I've got my work, Iam doing well , so I would need a new guitar a computer and a better phone , 5$ you gonna loose a thousand ! Bad choice Mr, and bad profesionalism .. Your manager who were supposed to be sad for that 5$ promotion will be satisfy , I ll make now that purchase somewhere else

I called the store this morning and spoke to a lovely lady named Trish, who handled my inquiry in a very professional and thoughtful manner. I then dealt with Aaron, who was able to direct to a way in which I could purchase and receive postage through the online portal.The level of customer service from these two individuals was at a literal superhero level. They really did go above and beyond to help me out, and I'm so thankful for the work they put in to help me out. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.
