I had a power steering hose replaced 3 weeks ago and it didn't last very long it dumped power steering fluid everywhere. I put it into a mechanic to have it diagnosed with what happened, found out that the hose was not properly seated and there were kinks in the hose. Very poor workmanship and just a money grab. I would not recommend them for any mechanic work and or fuel as they are just backyard mechanics and thiefs

Because this place had such a good reputation, I was willing to drive 30 min from South Mackay to have my vehicle serviced here. Unfortunately, that was one of the worst decisions I have made in a long time. The manager’s bedside manners and entire approach to customer service is shocking. As a fellow business owner, I learned many things from this man of how NOT to do business. I don’t doubt that the mechanics are very skilled at what they do, but the manager insists on overbooking his calendar so that the hardworking mechanics have to stay until 7pm and customers’ vehicles (like mine) end up being put on the back burner if something unexpected comes up. I won’t go into drama or detail but I am sad to say that what was once a reputable business is now one that I am adamantly telling people to avoid.

PUMA Bucasia is more than a local servo. They guys here give you old fashioned service. Prices are better than the big guys down the road and your keeping it local by supporting a local small business.

Took my car there to get a new head gasket put on and not even 4 years later it blow again. Took to another mechanic and found out they never shaved the block. never again!

Will never go here again the lady behind the counter was so rude when i commented about the general price of fuel. At the moment their price for petrol is dearer than anyone else at rural view.
