Destroyed my trolling motor by hooking it up to incorrect voltage. Refused to take responsibility. This after I spent 20,000 on a new boat. Shop elsewhere do yourself a favour.

I had the worst experience of my life. Hastings Marine made promises that they had no intention of keeping. All the smiles in the world would not make up for the heartache and the empty hole in our pockets. They have destroyed my dream of owning an Extreme boat. If I could give them a 'no star' rating, I would.

We recently purchased an Extreme 645 from Ben at Hastings Marine. We are loving our acquisition and were impressed with the professional service provided by Ben and the team at Hastings Marine.Things went smoothly from order to delivery Ben’s superior product knowledge and experience put us at ease when making the decision around additions / options.

I recently purchase a brand new Stessco Skipper 449 from Ben at Hastings Marine. I spent several months looking at different boats and comparing prices when I stumbled on an old ad on boatsales.I loved the look of the Skipper 449 online and, even though that particular boat had already been sold, after communicating with Ben via email and phone, I decided to place an order and wait the 6 weeks for a new hull to built and kitted out with all the things I wanted. Ben went above and beyond to get me the boat I wanted, with the upgrades I wanted, at an extremely good price. Ben kept me informed the entire way through the build/fitout process and was an absolute legend to deal with. I could have purchased the same boat package a whole heap closer to home (just over a 6 hour round trip to collect the boat from Port Macquarie) but I highly doubt it would have had the extras I received for the price I paid, plus I was impressed with the way Ben conducted business. Nothing worse than a pushy salesman which Ben is most certainly not.The Stessco Skipper 449 was fitted with a 60hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard with stainless steel prop, hour meter, odometer, speedometer, bimini and bench seat (as opposed to 2 small seats either side of the motor) and came with everything I needed to put it straight in the water. I am extremely happy with the stability and performance of this boat. It carves straight through any chop without bouncing all over the place or constant slapping of the bow, and handles extremely well in windy conditions. It is easy enough to get off and on the trailer and is very stable at anchor even with 4 adults walking about and fishing. Cannot recommend the Skipper 449 highly enough, or the team at Hastings Marine.

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR SKI SERVICED BY THIS GUY ( NATHAN ). Put my jet ski in for a service, he only changed 2 spark plugs, and reused the old ones instead. Tried to sell me a new engine block for $3000 when i clearly told him that there was nothing wrong with the engine...when i asked him why he didnt service my ski properly, he had no reply....THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE SHONK AND RIP OFF. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS

They have the stock and that's about it, abrupt staff out the front looking and talking like they hate being there. I'll stick to online instead.

I had the pleasure of buying my new Stessco Fisherman 449 from John Morton at Hastings Marine. I researched pretty hard for best value for my very minimal dollar and John was great at helping get the best out of it with his advice. My new hull is a dream on the water with a beautiful dry ride and goes where I point it smoothly and perfectly. I have driven some of the most popular boats on the market and I highly recommend the all new locally made Stesscos and also the service from Hastings Marine...Best regards to them...Bob...North Coast NSW.

Id recommend trying these guys if your after a new boat .i just got a 440 tornado stessco with a merc 40 2stroke and some custom options in my boat at a unreal price compared to all other boat dealerships and i shopped around pretty hard .

I rang Ben with a technical question about a particular brand and model of craft and he was back to me inside of ten minutes. Thanks guys, super appreciated!
