The girls at the front desk are great, a few of the guys that work there have done a good job but that’s where the positives end. Been there numerous times for truck repair. Firstly they failed to find a leaking hose via pressure test and suggested a more costly fix, on taking it to another mechanic the leaking hose was diagnosed, fixed and problem solved at a much cheaper price. Another time had truck returned in limp mode, it was not in limp mode when we dropped it off. Although they are probably not at fault for the reason of it being in limp mode you do expect your vehicle to be returned in good working order and if not at least notified of the condition it’s been left in. Also had some questionable repairs done to pass to rego which weren’t picked up at previous mechanic, not sure if these needed to be done but got them done anyway just to get back on the road. Even after spending a decent amount of money there in a short period they are not willing to help you out when needed. Id avoid them, there are plenty of other great heavy vehicle mechanics around that are keen for business and provide top service.
