Ciana runs their properties into the ground, maintaining them poorly, and then expects tenants to pay professionals to do everything when moving out.They are void of any shred of integrity and will do anything they can to take money from people who just want a home to live in.

Just wanna say thank you to the lovely on-site manager that found and returned my lost belongings the other day. My sisiter has been living there for 8 months, I love visiting her. The complex is always so clean and peaceful.

Do not deal with this dishonest company.They will do everything within their power to take as much money from you as they can when you move out, even if you pay for their cleaners etc.They also select random issues at inspections and then refuse to clarify.If you are considering moving into their apartments, RUN! Run far away!

Ciana Apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are large, and there are fantastic facilities, such as a pool and gym. All apartments have big balconies. The apartments are close to good schools, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and Indooroopilly Railway Station.
