The Lash Lounge Mackay

I do not recommend this place at all I had booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they had cancelled on me 2hrs before my appointment, I was not even given 24hrs notice. I received a message saying that my appointment had been rescheduled and did not have a reason why or when my appointment could be rescheduled. I have a wedding in 2 days and now have no were to go because I had such little notice. Not a professional business at all

I had an appointment for JD lash lounge a and wanted and expected a fresh hybrid set. I have an upcoming event where i need to look my best and I had an appointment booked two weeks in advance with them, not only did they cancel but had 1 hour notice. I was disgusted with my customer service and decided to reschedule. When I got to my lash appointment, it was absolutely disgusting the bed was stained, all of the equipment did not look sterilised and still had residue from other customers. the lash tech was disrespectful and rough. I’m disgusted and disappointed with this service as they are a professional business. I do not recommend whatsoever.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago planned for an important event and looked at my phone to see that my appointment had been cancelled, yet this is not the first time this has happened to me. Not only that their set up is grubby and utensils did NOT look sterilised I wouldn’t at all recommend.
