I don’t know what’s with the bad reviews! All our parcels are sent on time, the team is amazing and fix everything we need and ask! Their backend which we use to control stock and see inventory is easy too. Yes parcels can get lost but who do blame NPF? Or Australia Post or DHL? If NPF personally delivers the orders themselves than yes, I agree it would be bad service BUT THEY DON’T! They have been nothing but helpful and have helped our company to grow.

We understand no business is perfect. However, after almost 2 years of working with this company, we had to terminate our agreement due to too many lost parcels, product mismanagement and DIRTY, yes dirty, warehouse conditions resulting in damaged product. They support a essential oil company and everything smells like a mixture of flowers. Clothing should not come with a smell. This is NOT a AAA Class facility. After pulling our stock out the amount of misconduct is soo so apparent. Negligent.

BEWARE!- They takes 3-6 days to reply to simple questions- Cannot call through to anyone when you need help with questions- Took 3 days to cancel our services, and they have lost our stock in the process- They automatically deduct funds out of your account so they don't care if they make mistakes because they have your money
