Great accountants, friendly office, very professional. Easy to find parking right outside the Armadale office. I would highly recommend going here as they maximise your return and remember repeat clients. My son was unwell last year at tax time and the accountant asked how he was doing now! That's exceptional service!

Where do I start?1 - I arrived just before 1pm for my 1pm appointment I made a week prior. I was asked to fill out some paperwork (which I did within minutes), however, I wasn't seen to until I asked staff at reception at 1:15pm. A person who booked in for 1:30pm arrived as I was waiting, told the person at reception that his booking was for 1:30pm, and he was seen to almost immediately even before he filled out the paper work. When I asked about my appointment, the staff at reception told me that I had to wait for the lady on the phone who started her phone call AFTER I filled out my paper work. A different staff lady come out as I asked and said she'll take me instead.2. I don't know if that lady who started my appointment was just having a rough day or if that's her normal persona, but the energy in that room was dull, sad and ice cold. I told her I needed help with my Private ABN tax as I had a few questions etc to help increase my tax return. She did not seem to be interested or cared about my needs and in the end quoted that my tax return is going to be just over $1,300. I paid the $180 fee for half hour appointment when it was supposed to be an hour and left very disappointed.3. I immediately went home to do my OWN tax return through the ATO app. I submitted my own forms and hello - I received over $2,200.4. So not only did I waste $180 for nothing, but I also wasted 45mins of my time.Would extremely unlikely recommend, repeat or refer anyone to H&R Block due to these reasons.
