Saffran Patisserie

I used to be a frequent customer of this shop and enjoyed buying sweets there because the lady who worked there was always friendly and welcoming. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Last month, I purchased a kilo of cream sweets that turned out to be a mix of old and fresh ones. When I went to the shop the following week to buy more sweets, a young man working there denied the issue and made me feel like I was lying about their product not being good enough.More recently, I called the shop to order a one-kilo birthday cake for a small family. The young man who answered the phone told me that they don't accept orders for less than two kilos. That’ ok but his unfriendly approach left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.As a result of these experiences, I have decided not to go to this shop anymore. I will also be informing my friends about the poor customer service I received.

The sweets are good but the customer service of the boy working there is appalling and clearly I'm not the only customer who thinks so going by the reviews. I recommend actually hiring someone to do his job because he clearly doesn't enjoy being there and ruining people's experience with your business.Also, I'm assuming he is the one responding to the reviews so rudely; not doing your business any favours letting him being in charge of Google reviews because he clearly needs to learn some customer service skills.Edit: your response just proved my point (even though you have now edited out the insult). Grow up and stop trying to ruin your family's business with your disgusting attitude and manners. Unfortunately, some Iranians like to think everyone is jealous of them instead of actually bettering themselves or their business. I guess you are no exception, I just hope your family knows how you are responding to customers.

Very poor customer service.!!!!The lady is so nice. But the young boy is so rude and disrespectful.Hesitate to put this review at first and visited several times, no changes on the way he was treating his customers.Products was on the acceptable quality range.

I ordered a Cake for my son’s Birthday and I was so happy with the outcome,Sarah was so helpful with decorating the cake..it turned out great and my son was so happy as spider man is his super hero character,I recommend this place for variety of sweets and you can enjoy coffee as it’s family friendly.I always feels welcome whenever I visit,my favourite place so far..Thank you so much Sarah’s family ❤️

I wish I knew the name of the young lady who makes the cakes, will ask her next time I'm there, to thank her for such an awesome job she did on my 11 year olds' birthday cake last month. She was thrilled and her friends were really impressed. Important to mention that it also tasted amazing, some bakers make cakes look good but then you're let down with the taste, not at Saffran Patisserie!They also have a great range of sweets and cakes for any day at fair prices.

The younger lady employee was not really friendly, I asked her if there is any others cake she didn’t really want to say any more but no, then just walk back behind area, then the other elder lady came out to explain to me kindly and patience, although I have no choice to buy from some flavor which is not my type, since we came back from road trip 8 hours along, suddenly decide to get one cake for my bd close to home, but unfortunately the cake is lock of choice and can’t really taste anything, any other cake in the fridge looks old. Would recommend just buy their baklava not the cake if they don’t change

Best Sponge cake with Butter Cream icing shop in the hills. Have ordered two Birthday čakes from šaffran and they do not dissapoint . Cake is baked Fresh and topped with the most delightful butter Cream icing. They also hav a display of freshly baked cakes which are jus to die for . Very reasonable pricing on cake sizes too

I’ve been to Persian sweet shops all over Sydney, I have to say this shop has to be by far the best shop I have been to. The sweets take me back to my childhood in Iran. The way I was greeted with my family by the young gentleman and lady was amazing, highly recommend Saffran Patisserie.

Presentation of food is lovely, tastes great too.The young guy working Easter Sunday behind the counter is either having a bad day or shouldn’t be serving patrons. Doesn’t smile, looks miserable & zero understanding of customer service. Would be better suited for a job at Aldi.Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Would still recommend. Thanks.
