I was disappointed today as I booked over the phone yesterdayAnd explain what I wanted doneOnly to go there and she, told me that she wasn't registered to do itBlaming the receptionist for miss understandingWhen it was the same girl that I spoke over the phone . It's not the first time I had to travel from Craigieburn only to be turned backThree times not fault of mine.I don't know if it happens to other people .I was very disappointed today .

I have been coming to Australian Skin Clinic at Watergarden for a couple of months now and Mary has been an amazing technician. I love the service she provided. Definitely recommend Mary if you are coming to Watergarden for treatment.

Their (Microneediling) and (Advice)I had a the most horrible experience with them (Their microneedling) last year a person there received me to answer my inquiry about removing the sleeping lines on my face.His smile did not separate his face while he was confirming to me, after I repeated the question to him, is the result guaranteed with the (Microneedling treatment) which he suggested, and he was confirming repatevely that I would see a result of more than 60 percent improvement in less than six session.I followed his advice and bought six sessions for more than ($1100). With the last session I did not achieved any progress ata all, (literally nothing at all) the only difference was I wasted my money and my time with red face after each session for 2 dayes each time.I went to him and confronted him with pictures before and after the so-called treatment, although he admitted that he did not get any improvement, as the pictures prove, and after I asked him to return my money, his smile disappeared, and he refused to take any responsibility or even apology, forgetting all the fabricated advice that he gave with confidence In the beginning which caused the worst experience I have ever had.Update for my review: Now i am writing an update for my above review a month after my above review . The people will find that they responded to my above review immediately asking me to contact them to locate my file to discuss further, but after I contacted them based on their request they did not even respond . I was sure that they would not do that and that their response was just words to show people their interest in their customers' reviews when in fact they did not. It was really a terrible experience with them.
