I decided in Mid January to join friends in India for a retreat in March. Having previously worked the travel industry I thought how easy it would be to book myself. After an afternoon of trolling though numerous websites to book flights with no luck I decided to call Nat.Best move ever, she had my flights booked that night and all my ground arrangements sorted in days!The operators and hotels she booked us with were so professional, helpful, genuinley welcoming and looked after us. The transfers were all air conditioned, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The hotels fitted the brief where we had a wonderful cultural experience with comfort. The hotel in Delhi was a converted old mansion, with rooms overlooking a courtyard restaurant. The staff there were exceptionally attentive and welcoming and the restaurant had amazing food!After booking with Nat I now recall why I aways said to clients and others - book with a travel professional! Their passion for, and vast experience of travel, along with current knowledge of the industry will make your holiday stress free and so much more enjoyable.Namaskar Nat!

As far as travel agents go, Nat is the BEST of the best. Nat organised our four week honeymoon to Greece, Turkey and Croatia in 2022 from start to finish with absolute perfection. We stayed in the most magical places, with fantastic accommodation, airport transfers, activities, and tour guides all organised for us. Our itinerary was spot on, personalised, and included things we would not have been able to organise or think of ourselves. Nat went above and beyond for us organising our honeymoon with last minute notice and she exceeded our expectations. We put our absolute faith in Nat to bring the honeymoon of our dreams to life and we couldn't fault it. We reminisce about this trip often. My Mororracan experience was fabulous! Nat made our trip so easy from the beginning & no question was left unanswered. We were so lucky she joined us & became our friend not our travel agent. We saw an amazing amount of Morocco with a great Guide who loves his country & tried to give us the most of Moroccan culture & food experiences that he could fit in. I enjoyed every moment of my trip. I met some great people stayed in some amazing places had some great experiences and enjoyed the trip from the beginning to end. I would recommend Natalie's trip to Morocco to anybody.

Hi Natalie, Welcome back to you also, trust you too had a good time. Flights went great for all stages except Terry blacked out on the homeward journey and has been checked since and it seems like dehydration was the cause. We thought Kochi was great an interesting city and lots to take in. The accommodation at the first hotel was a little disappointing as the room they gave us was very musty and we were able to get an upstairs room which was much better. The guide in Kochi was excellent and we liked the area lot and a stark contrast to Delhi. The trip to the tea plantation area was interesting and the accommodation in the mountains was superb as was the food and service. The house boat was nice, although we did not have a lot of time on it because of the flight times and travel to the airport. The crew on the boat were great but the boat was a little shabby and tired and needed some TLC, but I guess the owner had 19 boats and could not look after them all at once. It gave us a great taste of two different India's and would recommend the South to any travelers wanting to see the stark contrast between the two. Thank you for organising everything for us, we would have been lost without your valuable input. Don.

Absolute fantastic trip arranged by Nat to far North Queensland. Everything we wanted and more was included. Busy itinerary of activities well planed and organised without a hitch. The helicopter flight back from the reef topped it off. Upgrades on every hotel. Well done Nat.

We had the opportunity to explore Morocco in a small group with travel guide Nat MILLER. We had the most memorable trip with Nat as she guided through Morocco. Natalie Miller has been our absolutely invaluable Travel Manager since 2019.I cannot recommend her highly enough!!Natalie has the gift of been able to understand her clients needs and aspirations coupled with providing unique travel experiences to excite their senses.We have had some breathtaking travel experiences thanks to Nat and her vast knowledge of what different destinations have to offer. Nat was an incredible support for our big holiday to the North Pole for Christmas. From planning through til our return back (after falling ill), Nat was there every step of the way. We are so thrilled we have already started planning another getaway with more of our family.

Natalie Miller has been managing my overseas travel since 2004! She’s organised many trips including with my mother, sister, my husband and our kids and it’s always been perfect! She’s always so enthusiastic and diligent in tailoring travel to our needs as well as chasing refunds in the COVID years. Our most recent trip to Bali was no exception, the hotel villa exactly what our family with three teenagers needed, day trips were excellent and airport transfers on time despite airlines changing flights at the last minute.
