The whole team is so nice and friendly. My 1st time doing iron infusion and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Would definitely come back if I needed another infusion.

Rude and not at all helpful. Rules for patients and their escorts change each time you go. Not worth the money you pay. Try somewhere else.

My first infusion was done through the hospital had the worst experience and left in tears. I decided to get my second infusion through the clinic and I had such an amazing experience nurse was gentle and made me feel comfortable and the receptionist Kate was so welcoming and friendly. Amazing service!

Had my first ever iron infusion done and so glad my gp referred me here. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming & made me feel at ease. When receiving the infusion I started to feel a bit nauseas which is normal due to my low levels but the nurse was there monitoring by my side comforting me making the whole experience peaceful & doing observations. I Will only get my iron infusions done from here if I ever need more!

Accompanied my mother to her appointment. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. There were no delays with the appointment and the nurse was kind and attentive. The clinic is very well presented and the chair was comfortable for my mother. We have been to other clinics and this was, by far, superior to the others. Highly recommended.

Incredibly efficient and very easy to make appointments to suit your time restrictions. Friendly and knowledgeable administration team, everyone is on the same page and knows what is to be done with each patient without having to go and ask someone else you spoke to. The clinic is easy to find, nurses very professional and can accomodate any concerns. HIGHLY recommend this centre.

Had an iron infusion here and they were wonderful. Fit me in on the same day I called to book an appointment, easy and stress free.The ladies were lovely and very accommodating, will definitely be back for my future infusions.
