Definitely recommend Lashes by Sophie, one of the most professional places I have been to get my lashes done. Not only are they professional but extremely welcoming, longest lasting lashes and very thorough of aftercare! I feel like a new woman after every time I leave. Love them all!

I would never recommend this business to anyone !Had a full set of Russian Volume lashes done for $160, went home and my eyes swelled up and wept so badly that I couldn't see and my eyes swelled closed. Went to the doctor the next morning after being unable to open eyes properly to be told that immediate removal was required. Lashes by Sophie would not attend to this removal immediately so I was forced to seek another technician for removal. It took just shy of 2 hours to remove the lashes due to the lashes being physically stuck to my eyelids with copious amounts of glue that I was advised was completely unnecessary. Due to the time and difficulty removing the lashes, I was out of pocket a further $100.00 not to mention my doctors appointment and medication.Contacted Lashes by Sophie to which I was told to expect a phone call which never came, I was never asked how I was feeling or if I was ok. I sent through all of the photo evidence showing and proving fault however the business refused to take ownership.It took weeks of constant messages to even get a reply from the business who only offered a refund of the lashes once legal action was threatened. They refused to take ownership or reimburse for my other out of pocket expenses as a result of the lashes.Even after being offered a refund, it still took a week for the refund to come through and only came through once another email threatening legal action was sent. Again no reply of confirmation or anything was received.Completely unprofessional considering the severity of what happened and the fact that I had been a customer for approx. 2 years.There was zero concern showed and instead of attending to the matter professionally and efficiently, they chose to update their Facebook page with happy" customers.Over a month on

Wasn’t particularly happy with the application. It was a little messy. I had asked a couple of times for thinner, lighter extensions to be used as my natural lashes are weak but they still used sizes that were too thick. Only went maybe 3 or 4 times and saw a couple of different people but the application wasn’t great either times. Have since gone elsewhere for my lashes. Staff friendly.

I’ve been getting lash extensions by Sophie & her team now for nearly 5 years. Their lashes are better than any others I’ve had before and I would never go elsewhere! Their lashes are perfect for my permanently dark circled shift work eyes haha!

Always does an amazing jib all the girls are fantastic at what they do can not fault one bit! Amazing clean salon and friendly environment what more could you want when you just want to have some you time and get pampered!
