I have had physio at other places before with real results....paul at PC physio on the other hand is brilliant. He explains what's causing your pain in simple terms so you can understand and what your treatments are.i have been here for 2 separate issues and have been thoroughly pleased with my results.He has great bedside manner and is very easy to talk to. His staff are also great and very welcoming.

Simon and Paul are my go to for any type of Physio requirement.They see you as a whole person not just an injury. They listen & actually hear what you’re saying. They give you out of the box thinking on how to not only help you in recovery but keep you mobile which in turn helps with keeping your mental health in check.5 stars aren’t enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have visited PC Physio for a bike fit with Simon and also physio on my archilles.The bike fit was excellent. He was able to explain the dynamics behind why the seat, handlbars and pedals needed to be adjusted as well as the physical aspects I can improve on for speed, duration and comfort.The physio appointments have been informative and he has given me excercises to get the most improvement as well as working in with the training I currently do. Everything is explained simply so I understand it, which I appreciate.

Paul and Simon have gone above and beyond to support me with my labrel tear hip rehabilition. I have seen alot of different physios in Australia over the past 10 years with multiple sporting injuries and can easily say that Paul and Simon are two of the best. They are a great team! They took the time to understand the current and previous injuries and taking a very holistic approach with my rehab and now seeing the results. Thank you!
