Old Earth Massage and Apothecary

I haven’t visited in person but bought 3 lovely products online; Progessence Serum, Female Hormone Support & PMS Balm. They arrived promptly in a thoughtful package. I love the idea of creating meaningful rituals and routines and (especially with regard to celebrating and nourishing my body throughout my cycle) so I went with 3 products that seemed connected to this.I had also noticed my skin was breaking out more often (I have struggled with acne over the years) so I wanted to try the Progessence Serum - which I did - and I am about to re-order as I have run out and I really miss having it in my routine! I realise multiple factors are at play; hormones, diet and lifestyle have always played a part for me, so whether or not this product is a miracle worker I can’t say for sure, but my skin has seen improvements AND I really love the smell and feel of this as part of my nightly routine. I only wish it came in a bigger bottle!I use the Female Hormone Support roller daily as suggested on my ankles and sometimes wrists and apply the PMS Balm to my tummy and back when I have cramping or during my bleed. Andy is an absolute magician, I have been training on and off for the past 6 years doing CrossFit and my hips have taken there fair share of pain, Andy has helped me on many occasions with his remedial massages… a lot of times I’ve been in so much pain walking in but after a session the relief is beyond anything I can explain… his passion for helping me and my aches and pains is an understatement… so highly recommend..

I have been to many massage therapists before but no one quite like Andy. Walking into Old Earth is my favourite time every fortnight, both Andy and Rachel are so inviting and not only provide an amazing massage but incredible products for the whole family. The baby chest balm has saved our life ! Our 8 month old has been suffering from bronchitis and since using the baby chest balm he has been sleeping most of the night. The baby calm balm is also a favourite of ours after bath time every night. If there was 10 stars I would give them that as well. Excellent remedial massage techniques.

I've been having massages with Rachel for a number of months now. She has helped me to recover from some side effects after chemo with her acupressure massages. I can highly recommend these guys. All I can say is Rachel has magical fingers and finds all the tight spots. I come away totally relaxed.

Racheal gives a great massage - highly recommend.Attended Rachel's course on making laundry powder, fabric softener, liquid citric acid. Had a fun night with wine and nibbles. Learn't a lot of cost saving ideas. Great to know what is in your cleaning products.

I have had a lot of massages over the years and Old Earth Massage and Apothecary have been the best. I would highly recommend trying these guys out as they are very knowledgeable and ensure you’re treatment targets all the areas of your concern.

Finding Rachel as a massage therapist on Bribie Island was one of the great encounters here for my family. Not only is she knowledgeable, approachable, and terrific at her practice, I absolutely love her natural and holistic approach to one’s health snd well-being. She has treated my husband and his back problems as well as my shoulder tension issues. All my kids rely on her natural balms and her remedies are truly beneficial and work so well. My kids sleep so well and are so relaxed provided they have Rachel’s famous “calm balm” and it has been used routinely in our family. I am also thankful for her “chest” and “headache” balms. They work really well. I cannot recommend this practice enough! If you want to feel physically and mentally better, this is the place to come to! Thank you Rachel and Andy!
