I am so happy with my brows thanks to Zainab. She has given me such beautiful brows and I will defiantly be coming back. The salon is beautiful and all staff are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to use Zainab if you want amazing micro blading done. Thank you.

Totally unprofessional and all the staff/girls are rude and up themselves. Think they are fine as, but they look like a dogs breakfast.....and thats on a good day.Especially the girl that drives the white mercedes.....woof woof! And she is a hopeless driver.Will never let these butchers work on me ever again.Stay away!!!!

Best one stop beauty shop!!! from the moment I arrived I was greeted by very professional and nice ladies, they knew what they were talking about, went through everything I was having done that day and Voila!!!!I was very hesitant at first especially after reading the negative reviews, but when I realised there were Under New Management I decided to try it for myself, I am happy and will be certainly be coming back plus friends for the first class treatment. thanks ladies you're truly experts in your fields :)

I would urge first timers to research before they choose this hairdresser.I chose this because they had a massive insta following,which I consider as good reviews.My first time going there the lady mentioned It may take several tries to strip natural colour but the initial bleach job that was done was so harsh, not blended, and started randomly, then it was just certain random strands that were bleached and it was very contrasting to see the natural and bleached hair. The toning job done was also rushed and half done that I could see 3 different shades in my hair. For this I was charged $300After leaving I reached out and informed my hair dresser I was really unhappy with the service and she told me to come for the second time.Another dumb move from my side was going back again. This time a better job was done in blending but when I indicated that the harsh transformation from natural to bleached was still there from the first time I was told to come back again to get it fixed. I was charged $270 again for this visit.So almost $600 down and I was only half happy with how my hair looked. Jenna was lovely and sweet to talk to but not happy with the service provided.Posting this review several months after getting my hair done as my new hairdresser also mentioned how uneven my colour was which reminded me to warn anyone to research before going here.I understand there are a lot of people who have amazing results from this hairdresser but just want to share my experience.I normally don’t leave negative reviews it’s the whole if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say nothing at all motto but what I was charged as a fair bit and I wouldn’t want anyone with little to no experience in hair colouring to spend their money without considering all options.

Although I was really impressed with how my brow sculpt and tint turned out - I didn't feel so welcomed from the moment I walked into the salon. I was greeted by two women, one who I believe was the hairdresser and another the beautician I assume - they did not ask how I was and what my name was while they were checking to see when my appointment was. In fact, I had gone to the extent of being as polite as possible and don't see how I should have been treated so coldly by these people.In fact, I was advised prior to my appointment to undergo a COVID test 72 hours before it - which I did. This perhaps could have been because I was initially booked to do micro blading eyebrow treatment which I had changed my mind on a couple of days before. Regardless, if I didn't need a test for the brow sculpt - its a huge double standard having that certain requirement in place for that procedure. Despite this, I was quite apologetic over the phone about the change up as I had booked the appointment weeks in advance.They did not bother to check for my negative test results - which made the test a waste of time especially considering I did not experience any symptoms.I also acknowledge that I was 15 minutes early to my appointment - I was not expecting my appointment to commence earlier. I was more than happy to wait, or leave the salon if they were so worried about me sitting around given the situation around COVID.The owner of the business who I believe had done the brow treatment for me (not sure of her name as she failed to introduce herself) was running 20 minutes late, did not apologise for the this on her behalf; despite her colleague doing so when she wasn't responsible for the delay. It's a great shame because it's such a beautifully presented and clean salon, I wish I could've provided a better review - however I felt more like a burden than a valued client. Very disappointing!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! What a one stop shop! Had seen them on instagram for a while and after a cancellation with my normal hairdresser ended up giving them a go. WOW is all i can say! Went in for a blow dry and ended up leaving with a manicure pedicure eyebrow wax and laser!! I'm blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were and how the made me feel like I had been going there for years after my first visit. Thankyouuuu girls for making me leave feeling amazing I will not be going anywhere else for all my beauty needs I wish I could give 10 stars!

If I could give this place ten stars I would, their services are just amazing! My main hairdresser is Reanne and whenever I ask for a hair transformation, she always pulls through. Absolutely amazing service, keep doing what your doing ladies ❤️

I absolutely love coming here! The service is incredible and the girls especially Reanne goes above and beyond to take care of their clients! The girls managed to fit me in after hours which I appreciated so much. I travel all the way to Rockdale just to have the best service from highline ❤️
