The opening hours are listed on Google and on the Showroom Door as being open until 4.30pm. I arrived at 3.50pm to try to view some items in the showroom & place an order. The showroom was closed, so I called the store phone number to be told the Showroom would be open again tomorrow. No Problems I thought, I'll just come back same time tomorrow when I finish work. I asked if they would be open until 4.30pm the next day? The answer to this was, No sorry, the showroom person leaves at 3.30pm every day. Honestly guys, update this on the door and Google to make people aware of this.

Tradelink Penrith greatly assisted me in planning my bathroom. The showroom is well laid out with a large number of displays from various companies. Aneta was a great help to me in sorting out my requirements. I found Aneta very efficient and well informed with all products. She always greeted me with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.

Stand in show room for 5 minutes waiting to be served then get told sorry we just closed. Unbelievable bad customer service.

Found to be very professional and helpful - renovating 2 bathrooms and a toilet was very overwhelming however the staff made it very easy to ensure I covered all aspects. Would recommend :)

Walked around the entire store for 10 mins with a pram, wanting to actually do a full bathroom reno and not one person came into the showroom to assist me. Very poor! Had time to speak to tradies outside but a woman with a pram goes ignored.
