My son and I went in this afternoon. He’s been wanting his ear pierced for years but up till now has wavered with actually doing it. Today he decided he 100% wanted it done. So a quick after school adventure it was.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. With discussions on the metal, type , placing all done efficiently before we knew it he was kitted out with a fantastic blk stud and I had an extra ear piercing.The level of service was fantastic …Highly recommend ☺️

Horrible experience. Attended the Noarlunga store to discuss laser hair removal. After receiving a consultation by Noelle I was advised the services required were all achievable and to advance pay in full several hundred dollars to secure the price. Fast forward 3 weeks later I arrive for my first treatment only to be told the services I paid for could NOT be done. I was never advised of this at the time of my initial consultation when they happily took my $$$. I was totally mislead and ill informed. Therefore I immediately requested my money back. Only to be told someone would get back to me. I was adamant that due to their incompetence I was not leaving the store without my refund. Eventually after 2 hours of heated exchange I finally got my refund. I should have taken heed of all their other terrible reviews. Do not waste your $$$ with these inexperienced, incompetent, inept, unhelpful, rude individuals.

Had a piercing done today, very friendly and understanding staff, will continue to recommend highly!

I stopped getting my.brows waxed here a long time ago because the staff didn't give a s**t about doing a decent job.Thought I'd give Brazilian waxing a go. First time was fine. Second time (just before xmas) was horrible. The lady spent half the time going over the same spot with the same wax & same wax strip. She left hair & didn't even do the back end. Now the hair is coming back & it's quite uncomfortable. She kept talking & wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing, clearly. Not happy. Won't be going back.

Had a helix piercing done and the lady was great. Took my mind off the pain by distracting me. Great service and a lovely salon. Thanks!

Went in for a wax. Once I got home noticed that lots of hair was left. Tried to call twice on the Saturday morning, no answer, left a msg. No one got back to me.Sent an email no response.I called at 930 am on Monday as they had not bothered to get back to me!Went in today and got re waxed, still hair left.So frustrating as I have to travel a fair way to see them. I seriously give up. Very poor service.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and the staff were absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend - thank you so much!!! :-)
