What a beautiful family business! From my first enquiry online to my 3rd via email the staff at Muzic Man Burleigh patiently and expertly walked me through my purchase. The service was exemplary and the speed of delivery was quicker than expected! I then went into store and was so welcomed even though I was there to ask for help on how to put the speaker together and how to connect my phone and microphone. The staff spent a good 20-40mins walking me through the process and ensuring I felt comfortable with the operation of the system before packing my away and offering further help if needed down the track!
