Previously went to the Liverpool store. Rubbish customer service by the Liverpool staff & didn’t even find all products I’m after even though online stated they were available.Casula was busy, yet the staff still managed to bounce around the store checking with each & every customer to render assistance. I watched a male staff member by the name Shady approach customers & approach us.. he even went out back to check. He really went the extra mile above and beyond with his level of service, friendliness & professionalism.The store was a lot neater, even though it was busy it was a completely different yet better atmosphere than Liverpool. Will I be back? Yes indeed. Plenty of parking - no hussle & bussle like shopping centres.

Typical experience in an Aussie retailer, item priced wrongly, wrong at the checkout. No problem in having the correct price applied, guy took it to my car. 1 star is for the progress flag lanyards. This nonsense needs to stop immediately

Plenty of new stock, yet terrible customer service. Went to purchase new shoes for my son and waited in the shoe section for service for over 30mins. Decided to walk out and purchase elsewhere. Won’t be coming back.

Neat store with many sports accessories. Located next to office works in crossroads just opposite Costco. Plenty of parking lots outside the store.

I shop here for all my sporting needs, always great prices. They have a great range of shoes, clothing and sporting goods.

Rudest staff, they will try their best to avoid helping you when you looking around the store. I asked 2 of them today by saying exuse me. They just kept walking. Young, rude staff pretending to do something in order not to speak to customers. Horrible customer service.

Great service. Was served by a guy by the name of Alessandro and he helped me with buying some new football boots. He helped to ensure I got the right size boots and they fit my foot perfectly!
