I've always had issues with this specific store, but tonight really took the cake in terms of customer treatment. There was miscommunication about a part of my order, and when I got to the window, I got the wrong item. Instead of giving me what I asked for, I was met with the most terrible attitude by one of the front area workers. I understand that misunderstandings are bound to happen, but there is 0 right to speak to someone that way when all they wanted was the correct thing they paid for.

Twice I have been. 1st time I ordered in store, I half understood that it was extremely busy at the time but I felt that drive thu orders had priority. I waited about 10 minutes for an instore order. 2nd time I waited a good minute at the order box for someone to get on the mic and serve me. Then I waited another 5 minutes in waiting bay for the order, when cars behind me were getting theirs. I looked inside the store and the car park and they barely had any customers so very unsure what the hold up was. Then I get home and items were missing from my order. You would think that they make you check the order is correct 2 times before paying but they can't even get the order right in the bag to the customer- maybe they should have a 2 point check when handing orders to customers.Anyway, doubt a manager will read this. I'll make the trip to ettamogah on old windsor rd instead now. Cheers.

Opened up one of our fish burgers and there is mould on the buns as well as some dirt in corner of packaged box. Was also a hair in the bun????? We ate the other 2 x fish burgers without checking them.

I was very saddened by how run down the McDonalds in North Kellyville has become. There were several tables that were out of order and taped off.I can understand that sometimes there can be either malicious or occasional damage made to furniture, but it doesn't excuse the messy and dirty environment also presented. My only exemption was the McCafe section, which was neat, orderly, and clean.McDonalds, I, too, am a business owner and I appreciate it when problems come to my attention as I can then remedy the problem and make sure it doesn't happen again or at least minimise it from re-occurring.It's up to you now.

Few months back I found this part of their machine in my drink...which I might not of even know about had they actually given me a straw with the delivery. I called, went into store and left details for management. Workers seemed to be aware of the incident.. but no one reached out. I've given them plenty of time. I love having to spit out plastic from some random machine part.

The place is clean. However, I realized that when I ordered through the drive-thru, sometimes the food comes out wrong or some items are missing. I contacted the customer center twice, but they didn't do anything to resolve the issue.Another inconvenience is that occasionally the drive-thru gets too congested, causing traffic jams on the surrounding roads. This results in excessively long waiting times. Also, the coffee doesn't taste very good.Nevertheless, the place is clean and the staff is friendly.

What can I say, it's McDonalds. Reliably average at the best of times.This store in particular manages to go above and beyond when providing terrible service.When they first opened it was one of the better ones, but now every Uber order has missing or wrong items.Good luck getting multiple Mcflurrys. Almost every time I order one or more, there's always one or more missing.We got the Fillet of Fish in the photo from drive thru and the cheese wasn't even on the burger. Good job McDonalds.

They always missing food items through the drive through.... Unprofessional it is ridiculous. In last six month only around $200 worth of missing food items.Don't go there unless you don't have another option. Always check your items and don't let them rush you when you go through the drive through .. it takes what ever time it takes so they can learn not to forget items which people paid money for and they needed.
