Would not recommend 3 realty at all especially Sarah Young FentonWe rented through them and the maintenance was done by owner he did not fix things that were recorded to realestateAnd we had moved from the property and everything that was recorded to owner they tried to make us pay and replace everythingAlso sarah got very nasty when we had to moveAnd picked up tiny bits of sticky tape etc on the outgoingAnd is trying to charge us 15,000For damages that the owner was also suspose to fix and excessive amount of charges and overpriced quotes for minor fixesSo would recommend not renting through them as u will be paying ur bottoms off in repairs as they get nasty when U leave their properties and get overpriced quotesSo they can get money and the owner can get his house fixed for free and they let the owners put on quotes on what they won’t fixed and everything they won’t done and try make u pay for everything the owner wants added and fixed on their properties

We contacted 3Realty to list our holiday home for rent. Joel contacted me on the same day and we arranged to meet and inspect the house and now, just about 3 weeks later we have a tenant at exactly the terms we wanted. Excellent service always follow through with everything. First time ever using a mortgage broker, and we are impressed. Highly recommended, we ended up with a deal much better than we could have gotten by searching ourselves.
