No basic courtesy when I was obviously deemed a bad fit for the job based on my physical appearance in the interview. I don't recommend this recruitment agency at all, first they have limited employment opportunities,they also contacted my references before a job offer. They have no respect in my references time. They even called me so I would tell my references to respond as soon as possible. Ended up getting a job with another recruiter.
