Zamel's Jewellers - Macarthur Square

I just wished I read the reviews before entering this store. Honestly a horrible experience from the beginning. End result I had to get married without my wedding ring that was paid in full. Numerous attempts to contact them, being told oh sorry we have so many casuals so nothing gets followed up. Then being called in for them to replace my ring as mine wouldn’t be in in time for them to just try to upsell me and spend more, when I told them no I have a budget I was told how easy it is for them to just go get my ring. So why was this the conclusion 6 weeks later ? The manager even joked saying well buy a second ring we will get you finance so your partner will never know I was promised it would be there within 4 days. Another two weeks passed with absolutely no communication. Wedding came and passed. I’m now trying to get a full refund for this as I do not want to deal with this store at all. This is a whole other mess around itself it took 4 days for a reply to be told to expect a reply … still nothing a week later. Just consider your options please as I don’t want anyone else dealing with this at what should be a happy time

It was both an exciting and nerve wracking experience for me to treat myself, by spending a good amount of money on a ring. Having said that, the price was comparably amazing and the setting is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. What I want to talk about here, is how I was treated. I was panicking about choosing right and going faint. Both of the women there were beautiful. I was primarily served by Kaamilah though. She was amazing and they really cared. I have no interest in looking elsewhere when I buy my future daughter in law her wedding gift from me later in the year. If people can show such care in treating customers like royalty, then they deserve the business.

Totally amazing all the girls are totally helpful and really lovey to shop with. Have bought so many things from here and each time I walk in they make feel like I’m a family member. BIGGEST THANK YOU TO KAMMILA. She is the Best of the Best.

I wish it was possible to give it a -10! I never thought I needed to review a jewellery store, I have learnt my lesson the hard way. My wife's engagement ring, the whole diamond setting fell out after 11 months of wearing. She is an office worker, Zamel's assessed it and claimed it was her fault! 'Heavy Knocks and Scratches' they said. Am I suppose to wrap it in bubble wrap 24/7!! I was fighting this for about 3 months. I bought a life time care plan, found out this was worthless! It doesn't cover anything. Anyone wanting an engagement ring, AVOID THIS PLACE.....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PIECE OF JUNK! I did a lot of research and found out a lot about diamond rings. We have even bought a new ring from another jeweller who told us that Zamel's sold us a super fragile ring! Zamel's does not tell you anything about the product you purchase. My advice.......AVOID ZAMEL'S LIKE THE PLAGUE

Emma is the go to person. She went out of her way to explain all the warranties for the amazing ring set I bought. And she gave me an amazing deal I couldn’t be more happier. If I can I would give her 10 stars

Wonderful experience today with my daughter. We were served by Emma, she was very professional & kind. Clean store, friendly staff, good prices, highly recommended.

DO NOT SHOP HEREBarbara is a horrible employee who has zero manners and the worst customer service I have ever come across.She would rather yell at her staff during a customer interaction instead of being a professional.I spoke up and said I preferred to be served by someone else which was going lovely. Unfortunately she ended up stealing the sale off the young consultant at the end and put it through the register herself which I was very unhappy about.Thank you to young consultant who was so patient and understanding during the process.As I was walking out Barbara said what a spoilt brat to her sales consultant who looked very uncomfortable.She knew I could hear her when she said it.These reviews are flooded by fake reviews by Barbara and I am appalled that Zamels would even employ someone so rude.

I dont normally leave reviews but I will this time, its a very lovely store!! Absolutely love Kaamilah, my experience with her has been beyond exceptional and shes been a great help!! The guy who also repaired my necklace did a splendid job, it looks brand new!!

Staff member Emma is the most rude condescending person ive ever met. Her attitude to her customers as well as team is disgusting. Her tone and body language is extremely entitled. The other ladies were lovely and she would talk over them and express she wants to commission off the sale in front of the customer this is my customer". Terrible experience

Served by a lovely young lady named Emma, she was very welcoming and friendly, not pushy at all and took the time to know me, my story and my financial situation. Didn't feel pressured at all with any purchase and it's great to know it's a completely new team. Amazing customer service!
