Excellent service I dealt with Anthony he was very helpful explained the process thoroughly. I am very happy with my outdoor blinds they look awesome. The quality of the product is excellent. Nick turned up on the day to install them, he is such a nice person, very professional and did a top job.

Made contact via a sponsored social media post, and set up a time for a quote. I took time off work to meet them and they never showed up. When I followed up I was given no excuse and told they would follow up and see what happened. That was the last I heard of it. Obviously plenty of work in the construction industry so new business isn’t important. They will need to remember this when everything slows back down. I guess I will take my money elsewhere.

From the first moment Christos answered and took my booking, to Anthony coming and explaining the various options available to me and finally, the installers arriving to fit my new awnings, l felt informed, comfortable, at ease and never once questioned my decision in choosing Brisbane Shade and Shutters when making my purchase.It was the first of a three stage project and l won't hesitate in calling on them to undertake the whole project for me. Sooooo I had two motorised outdoor patio blinds installed with a smart hub which doesn’t actually work with the motors. I was charged over $500 for the wifi bridge (which doesn’t control the blinds properly). The company refused to refund me the wifi bridge and insisted on replacing the motors. After numerous attempts to replace the motors and many empty promises the problem has not been fixed.

Communication is extremely poor there were many unreturned calls or responses to txt messages just to follow up after initial site visits to get a quote to repair or replace whole blinds as an urgent job. They even told me they hadn’t been out and had the wrong company then finally to then be told in a big rant that they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t do repairs and not even bothering to quote a new job. I’m left starting at the beginning finding a new provider but after reading these reviews seems I have had a lucky escape! Not very professional Guys. !

Anthony and the team were brilliant to deal with. They kept us updated on expected timelines and installation. When one of the blinds wasn’t suitable, they replaced it within a week without any issues. The workmanship is on point. Delighted we had them work on our house!!! Thanks again guys. Highly recommend them!

I had shutters installed by Brisbane shade and shutters last week, the whole process was fantastic from the start. The booking of the original appointment to getting Anthony out and then getting them installed with the fitter named nick. The product itself makes such a difference in our home. I just want to say thank you Brisbane shade and shutters.
