A blessing since I found Richard at ICQ computers a few years back - no longer have to lug my desktop to a repairer - Richard comes to me. He is reliable, honest, effective and personable. What I like most is that he can explain exactly what he is doing and doesn't mind if I watch as I find the interior of computers quite fascinating. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone with home computers, laptops, whatever - and the service is always at a transparent and reasonable cost.

Richard helped me sort out my photography laptop when it recently crashed . He managed to save all my photos from being lost from a damaged hard drive and in doing so sorted out the issue without any delay to my customers . Couldn't be happier with Richard and ICQ Computers

My son set me a task to buy a PC which he could run 4 monitors from for his work/home office. With many options in the market I needed to deal with a company that had previous experience in this area. Rich has been fantastic with assisting with the purchase of a second laptop. Prior to pick up he ensured that the laptop was running all the latest software and offered fantastic pricing. Definitely worth calling Rich if you have any computer issues!

Richard has been fantastic with helping me get a new gaming computer for my son and his specific budget and requirements. His knowledge in what the best components were for his needs, as well as recommendations, were exactly what we needed. Communication has been excellent and Richard has gone above and beyond in helping us try to repair his old laptop to keep it running as a spare for my other children to use. I will definitely contact Richard again for any future computer requirements.

Richard collected my computer in the afternoon, gave me progress updates as he examined the damage, and provided a final quote by the evening of the same day. Quote was fair, and acknowledged my desire to spend as little as possible on a laptop which will need to be replaced in about 12 months. Very happy with the no nonsense, reliable service.

My tired desktop system required updating & Richard provided practical, honest suggestions & I ended up with a ' turbo charged' hard drive in a new Dell tower together with the current version of the Microsoft Word package for a fair & reasonable price & I couldn't be happier.Richard's work ethic is first rate & he kept me fully informed on the progress of my particular job.He also provides you with a certain confidence that the issue at hand is able to be solved. Highly recommended.
