Yummy! I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Such yummy everyday burgers and the limited edition specials are also great to try. Friendly staff. The only thing that would make this place better would be wet wipes for when your burger juices run down your hands. Highly recommend.

Burger Urge (Greenhills)
Went on a Tuesday night, not very busy at all so didn't expect a huge wait. Drinks were quick, however after 30 minutes of waiting (and seeing half our order under a heat lamp for a while) we were told that the system was down and they didn't know what they were making or where it was going. Okay, these things happen. However, to receive 10 minutes after that (so 40 I total) 2 cold fries and onions rings and a burger that had been sitting, it was not great. Floor staff didn't appear to want to be there and did not ask how everything was. We ate 2 burgers but left the chips and onion rings as they were just bad. Didn't complain at the time as kids just wanted to go home.However, in future if that stuff happens, offer partial refunds, or complementary drinks and please cook fresh food!Don't think I will return for a while.

Super amazing burger, best Gf burger I’ve had in years!!! Super yummy milkshake too which had the option of dairy free. Not many places can cater for my dietary needs so I was super happy.Also special mention to Kayla absolutely Weapon on the floor and amazing service keep up the great work ☺️

Fantastic!! The service here is great friendly staff all-round. The place looks clean and tidy including the kitchen which is always nice to have in the food industry.One of the best food options in Greenhills, food tastes great, it definitely has good burgers sold here.The seating is good plenty of room around indoor and outdoor seating available. Music played inside and it's not to loud, so it makes it easy to have a conversation.

Good Morning,Here is what you need to know about Burger Urge :).I have had a couple of experiences there recently that were just short of what is expected. I won't go into them, they weren't big things, just a couple of little things that were frustrating that's all.I reached out to express this to their head office and local store, and they have been amazing about it. They actually give me the impression that they care about their customers, with several people taking the time out to reach out via phone call (rare these days) to clarify things I didn't understand.There is no question that their food is great, I have tried a few different options now, and thanks to the effort made by their business, I will be back and encouraging others to consider this business for their meal choices.Customer service makes all the difference, the fact they took time out of their busy days to make things clear to me, making sure I understood the situation was invaluable. I now understand what the situations with my little concerns were, and how the way they do things is necessary.Thank you Burger Urge, see you soon :).

Absolutely yummy burgers, full of flavour, the onion rings are also very tasty. Nice staff. Highly recommend if you love a tasty burger.

I recently discovered I am gluten intolerant. Having eliminated all sources of gluten in my diet ( and feeling good afterwards) I decided to try a burger with a gluten free bun option. This was a bad move as my symptoms returned within hours. My assumption is, although the bun was GF, contamination must have occurred from the cooking procedure. I will not be eating Burger Urge again until they can assure me of a genuine GF option

It was one of the most amazingly delicious burgers I have ever eaten. The onion rings were really good as well. It was my first time here and I am definitely interested in and looking forward to eating from here again! The staff here were really friendly and welcoming. They were really helpful, and signed Kyle up to the burger urge card that will give special offers in the future. Mmm, maybe for lunch tomorrow!

The food is good but we bought two children’s meals and a burger with chips and a drink and it was $60. When I checked if that could be correct I was advised that the burger meal is $27.50. Madness!!

Great burgers, bit pricey, chips are small though, and no adult meal deals. Still a great fresh burger.
