River's goonellabah always opens late and shuts early.. not to mention the staff are not polite and dont seem to enjoy there jobs.

You need to give us information about opening hours.You need baskets for your customers so we can buy lots of items.It's very expensive even with discounts.. Lismore people can't afford alot, especially now our community has just been through a few horrific floods.However nice store, good clothes and friendly service.

Do not buy electrical items from the Goonellabah Rivers Superstore! I purchased a vacuum cleaner due to all other local retail options being lost in the floods. It was faulty, but Rivers refused to give me a refund. The staff were apologetic but said my only option was a store credit. Unfortunately, I can't vacuum my floors with Rivers apparel. Not happy at all.
