October 12th 2021 with mums passingDayle & her Team Great customer Service, Professional, Compassionate, Good Communication if needed to call for anything from the day of organising mums funeral, to the viewing , to the day of the funeral. The Mother & daughter Team made our mum look beautiful.

I am so heart broken knowing after my grandfather's death he was dragged in a body bag and down the stairs with all of the family watching. We asked to treat him with respect and that's what you did. Shame on you, I will never deal with Rankin's funeral home and will never recommend your service.In future think about the life lost and the family grieving think about it being your family member and show some bloody compassion.

Very professional funeral service and respectful approach. Good AV and order of service brochure. Issue with the cemetary was not ideal but was handled well and with respect.
