Purchased a car from this dealership 3.5 months ago, only to find that there is a major leak in the car. Woke up to 6 inches of water in the footwell of my car, when I contacted them for assistance, I was ignored for 4 days and when I was finally able to get a hold of their service department, their service manager Buck told me that's what I get for buying a second hand car and that they would not be helping me with the repair of the leak. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place.

The very friendly staff at Coastal Auto Group fitted me in at short notice as diagnosed and reset the steering angle sensor for me on my Hyundai i30. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car servicedChris Drinan

Worst service ever! Expect to be greeted with a larger than normal bill and arrogance from the staff. Also expect to have to return to have the job done right at least two or three times.

I purchased my Hyundai Tucson almost 2 months ago From Coastal Auto Group Hyundai.I’m very impressed and super happy with the car but the nothing can top the amazing service I got from each individual staff member that I talked to over that week. A huge thank you to Sam, she helped me so much on getting finance on my car but also was very supportive the whole time applying, Ricky was awesome with helping me ensure I chose the right car for me but also providing the needed information about that particular car.As I said to a few of the staff memebers I have a Dealership Fear, they talk you into the wrong things, give you false info and just want to make a sale and be done with it.This isn’t the case here, they go above and beyond ensuring the car you are interested in is good for you and what your lifestyle needs, they support you the entire way and even follow up with calls to ensure what you purchased is top notch. This doesn’t just end at the dealer ship but even their service centre service is fabulous.I highly recommend buying through them whether it is second hand or brand new.My Hyundai has had 0 issues, drives perfectly and is very affordable fuel wise.Definitely a dealer ship I recommend buying through.Thank you so much team!!-Nat

Good Service / Nice staff .. lost a star cause a had to return a few days later after finding my Service log was not filled out nor was the maintenance info reset with in the car..everyone knows with new cars it's important for the vehicle service history to be correct for warranty and support .. it's Lucky I checked the above during my short stay in the bay...

My wife and I, recently purchased our daughter a car from Coastal Auto Group Batemans Bay, it’s a ten year old vehicle and we all know how the game goes with used cars, buyers beware! And well my daughter went to start her car one morning, to go to uni and nothing, zip, nadda! We thought we were up for a big bill.However to our surprise and to the credit of the team at Coastal Auto, they took the car, diagnosed correctly the issue, ordered the parts and fitted out the broken parts, at no charge, Brooke, Owen, and Jack were exceptional in their roles and went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle back to our daughter promptly and in good condition, these staff members are an asset to the Auto Group, especially in times like today, being so hard to find good, competent and efficient staff.Great job guys, thank you for your efforts and time.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced, as they treat you as a valued customer with old fashioned service.They run a very well oiled business (pun intended) and take the time to know you and your vehicle. They sit you down and discuss your vehicle service requirements and ask you for your input.If you're sick of paying high prices and are treated terribly I'd suggest you give the team a call. If you like service that's reliable and explained then call the team at Coastal Auto Group, because they are down to earth, and treat your car like there own.I trust them with my vehicle and you should too.If you live in Canberra then I'd suggest that you get your vehicle serviced in Batemans Bay. It's also a great excuse to have a Holiday down the coast while it's being serviced. Win, win!

Excellent, prompt service and very friendly staff

I got a standard service on my car with these guys and not only did they do it efficiently and quickly but they drove me into town and picked me up when it was done. They also washed my car!! I never expected that!
