The Taoist Tai Chi Society has taken myself on a journey of learning a new art and rewarding myself through it’s heath benefits. The volunteer instructors are very knowledgeable and patient in teaching Tai Chi. Wherever I have travelled in Australia or overseas I have always received a warm welcome from its members.
