Cotton Tree Real Estate

Do not use cotton tree real estate agents. We travelled from England and used one of their properties for a month, too many issues to list but overall the worst experience and help from a real estate agency I have ever used.They promised a partial refund but after we left but they just made up some costs and refused to give us what we agreed. DO NOT TRUST!

We have had our property managed by Cotton Tree Real Estate for 12 years. Lee and the team have been excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly professional property management.

Our family of six booked unit 16 Crystal Waters Maroochydore through Cotton Tree Real Estate. We were given no details how to get into the holiday unit upon arrival. Had to call the after hours number and travel to get the key. The unit smelt damp and we were met with cockroaches as soon as we opened kitchen cupboards. Blinds and window sills in bedroom and kitchen had mould on them and the blanket for the double bedroom was old, stained and only fit for a dog to sleep on. Dishwasher didn't work from day one and although they sent a technician nobody followed up to fix it or let us know was happening so no dishwasher for the week. Air con had a leak and became unusable. To their credit this was fixed the following day. Without notice we had a man turn up to go through every room and test the smoke alarms. I left a feedback form asking they consider a partial refund for the issues we experienced. Have not heard from them. Not even a courtesy call to apologise. Just to clarify that Crystal Waters is a great spot and other units are managed by an on-site manager. This unit was managed by Cotton Tree Real Estate and was not well maintained.

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have bought properties through Ned & Carmel and Jess manages my holiday properties. They have always gone above and beyond and nothing is too difficult for the team at Cotton Tree Real Estate
