DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Vasu Duhria who is the owner is a scammer.They came to ‘steam clean’ my couch. The machine was filthy and held together by duct tape. They left my couch in far worse condition than it was in to begin with. They used dirty water and left stripes all over it. I’ve contacted the owner multiple times and they refuse to refund me. They provided no receipt, ive looked them up online and their ABN has been deregistered. They are awful to deal with and run a shameful business. Have reported them to the ACCC in hopes they will not scam others

booked a job for my mum's homecare package, confirmed through phone calls and text, come the day, no show and no one answered the phone. I called today and the guy said he doesn't know why the guy didn't turn up. Then I called and cancelled and asked for a confirmation email for cancellation, the guy said to me you already called to cancel

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have filled two reports to consumer affairs and raised awareness with ACCC. They have prices on their website (Google Ads pages when you click) stating a price with no terms and conditions. If you click the banner price it takes you to a WhatsApp channel (I've also reported this). They then came to my house and said my two seater was too big and that because there is urine stains it would be $180 instead of $79. But legally they need to make this clear on their website. And legally this is misleading conduct. I spoke to them and they did not care. Then I googled and saw the 100s of bad reviews across the web. They own a few companies so stay away!

That’s fair and I now don’t believe you.Rebooked for today the 15/6/22 at 9am with a no show. Really nice polite people on the phone, and the cleaning itself was awesome.HOWEVER, I was quoted $120 for a 5seater lounge and specifically said it was for a house with pets. When they arrived, they said that need to add sanitisation" onto the price and when I asked how much extra it would be I was told "$20 extra".I said "OK so the total will be $120 and 20 extra... so $140". The cleaner replied "yes".When it came time to pay

Awful customer service. Waited for them to turn up for over an hour before they called to say they were running even more late. I waited for them to turn up but it was more excuses over the next few hours. Rescheduled to come the next day then and they were over an hour late again and called to say it would take an additional up to an hour or so for them to get there. Once they came, they asked for $500 more than what was quoted when the booking was made. When we refused to pay extra than what was agreed, they left without cleaning the couches and providing the services that were agreed on. Wasted so much of our time. Extremely unprofessional.

They agreed to come with a free quote. Confirmed me with text message, which I always do to use that as a proof. And for this one, it really worked.Quoted me way over than the others for a carpet stretching job. As confirmed with the text, the guy was nice enough to leave my premise with a thank. But then, guess what, he buzz again and called me twice saying that his supervisor wanted to talk to me. Then he said, 'There is a call out charge', despite confirming in text message 'free quote'.Nah, I do not need to talk to anyone in their company, which I guess perhaps his mate. As someone reviewed here before a consultant made her to pay. Please do not pay them if it is confirmed for a free quote.NO STAR!! I wish I would have seen these reviews, as so many customers can not tell lies.

I had my carpet repaired and I couldn’t be more disappointed. It looks worse than before.On the phone I explained it was a seam coming apart about 2 metres long. I was told $220 for the repair. The person came out, arrived late and then told me it was $400 because they had to cut seam tape but was confident of their ability to repair it.They came the next day to do the repair, 2 hours late and the repair is awful. We had spare carpet and he has used part of the carpet that had paint on it. It already looks like the carpet fabric will pull straight away. And he charged $450.If the person wasn’t skilled for the job, they shouldn’t have been sent. I contacted the company to try and resolve the issue but they have not responded.

I have had the most deplorable experience with this business as a whole, not to mention the money its cost us.We initially asked for a number of couches to be steam cleaned and quoted around $500 for 3 couches and a couple of chairs (even thought their site states $79 per seat which is now removed) - when the company arrived, they said they couldn't do all of them, or go upstairs, and only did one 3 seater and a separate chair - barely. They then charged my elderly father in law $460 for the awful service.Since this, I have tried to get a refund which they have declined and basically said it was my fault because I wouldn't let them back in to the home.Please do not waste your time or money on this service, you will regret it.I am in the process of making a complaint through consumer affairs to get my money returned and to stop them from operating as this is such a scam.

Very unhappy with quality of upholstery cleaning. Have rung them back eight times and each time they promise to get back but never do. We have now given up and will engage another company to come and redo the job. They missed lots of areas which of course now stand out
