Excellent service for all timber products especially for timber wallframes and trusses.

Roof and wall truss quality was good but when ordering beams, things went very bad. The materials sent was not was ordered and the beams would not fit, there was also beams missed off the delivery plus a pack of battens. The beams were very bowed and bent, they looked like old rejects that had been lying around out the back in the weather, the carpenters because of time restraints had to use them instead of sending them back. This has cost us not only in travel but every trade coming after has had to try and rectify - more materials and time.Protruss did one re- delivery but would not send until we paid the extra freight- unbelievable!I would definitely not recommend this company.
