Rang Rheem a Friday afternoon as old hot water system making alarming noises. They could only commit to all day time slot, however as I had lots of appointments this wasn't suitable so they put me through to Chris from The Tap Man. Chris could send Joel out Monday 1pm. Perfect. However Joel arrived at 11 and I was out. So raced home. Joel said would need to replace valve and blah blah but said as our system 13 years old best to get a new one. I was already prepared for this so no problem. OK not no problem but you know what I mean. And Ryan could be here at 1pm to install. Great. And cost of Joel's callout would be included. Also asked if could install new iso valve. Which they could, included in price. So all up $1540 for new unit, Joel visit, Ryan installation and new iso valve. So fantastic, quick and professional service. OK only complaint replacement unit wasn't put level with our pavers it was put on top requiring husband to make some adjustments to the units surround to get it to fit with what fit the old unit perfectly, see photos. 25.3 hot water system making terrible noises rang after hours number and have plumber coming Tuesday. Great they have after hours number I could call as I did freak out.

The team were highly professional, efficient, punctual and reasonably priced considering the exceptional experience I received.In the morning I unexpectedly had no hot water and water gushing into the garden from a blown heating unit. Chris and his team are awesome! Our water heater broke on a Friday night and I logged a booking on the Saturday. Chris called almost immediately and offered to come out on the Sunday and Monday - he was very honest about the Sunday call-out fee, and came out first thing Monday morning. A repair wasn't worth it, so we had a new water heater installed and operational within 3hrs. We were really happy with the whole process and how friendly & professional the lads are. Highly recommend!

Chris came out on a Saturday and absolutely helped us as we had no hot water at all. He was amazing and very professional and within one hour all was fixed. I recommend his diagnosis, his work and his punctuality.

Chris turned up on time and replaced our broken hot water the same day that I called. Took away the old one and all the packaging from the new one. Plumbing certificate arrived the next day. I had an issue with a pump connected to the new hot water (nothing to do with them) and they came back out and had a look at it for me the day after I called. Extremely professional company. Well done and would highly recommend them.

The Tapman has just installed a new hot water system for me this week. The old one started leaking on the weekend and so I rang them up on the Sunday and they were able to come out on the Monday and instal a new one. They offered great advice on what I needed and then did a fantastic job on fixing it so quickly. I would recommend them any time you need some plumbing work done. Ian Anderson
