Always amazing, friendly and warm staff available to help. If they don’t have it, they can almost always order it in. Can’t stay enough good things about this store. Another saddlery on the other hand could learn a thing or 20 from these lovely people!

Today I was in desperate need of some rain gear so I popped in. I had so much fun shopping for my new rain gear. I was able to buy clean socks, funky gum boots and a new rain jacket to help keep me dry. Not to mention the dog gear I also bought too! Great range of dog stuff, not just for the horses! The team were so friendly and helpful today.

Kelsey was a legend. Knew her stuff, very kind, and happy to help. I don't know helmets for beans, so when I had a little trouble she managed to sort me out and remain no contact. Good people :)

Super friendly service, the salesperson went over and above for us to look for sizes of a product we wanted but she wasn't sure they would have. The store was tidy, and it was really welcoming as we were greeted as soon as we entered and offered assistance.

Good range and good prices. The size of the store means if the staff are helping a customer at one side they can't see any customers at the other side (took a while at the checkout for staff for checkout)

Never have what you need in stock and the staff don't help to check stock levels. Order elsewhere and sign up to EasyWormer to help yourself out. This has happened to me the last 4 times I've been in.
