Magic Touch Massage

The first time I visited this place, the masseuse lady was way too gentle and I didn’t feel much relief from the neck pain afterwards. The second time I had Julie who did it for me, she’s indeed very good, as some comments I read from here. For some people they do massage just to relax, but for me I need the massage to be therapeutical and to relieve me from the muscle pain, so it’s important to find the right masseuse for yourself.

What a traumatic experience over there.Staff were extremely unprofessional and stubborn.The way they massaged was really hurting.They didn’t value my opinions at all.I said that I would like to have a relaxing massage without pain.But I literally cried during the massage session said that it was hurting. And they said that it was good for your health if you felt pain.To be honest, I just want to have a relaxing massage instead of a painful massage.Overall, I will not come back again.I wonder how you create a return business if you are not listening to the client’s feelings and opinions.

The lady i had was very sick. I asked her if she was sick because she was sniffling, coughing and breathing really hard on me. She said she was not sick. I then asked her to put a mask on and she kept continuing to say shes not sick and dont worry about it.As i finished my massage she immediately went to the next person and i could hear the person also say he was uncomfortable with her massaging him and asked her to put a mask on and she still refuses to put one on.I told the manager at the front desk and it seems like she didnt understand what i was saying and still made me pay full price despite the fact the worker was making me feel really uncomfortable.The massage was below average as well. Ive been here a couple times, i would recommendother massage places than this in hurstvilleEDIT: This happened on the 30th June on Thursday 4-5pm, lady was wearing bright pink shoes.I am now indeed very sick with strep throat, which is a bacterial infection caused by airbone droplets

This is one of the best place for me to go whenever I have muscle pain. I love their massage and the cupping as well.You can tell them the strength level of the massage and which part of body that you want them to focus on.Overall, it is a recommended place to go for the refresh your muscle.

I always get a full body message, cupping and ear-candling done. They are super-fast, whilst prioritising of what to first to last.The quality of massage they provide, is second to none!

Worst massage everThey make you pay first before the treatment, too bad if you didn't like it. Oh and they don't tell you there's there's surcharge with that.The guy did not know what he was doing. It was the worst massage ever. Not relaxing. I've had thousands of massages and that was the worst.Staff are loud talking to eachother (in a foreign language) while treating clients, some even talking from one end of of the shop to the other.Didn't realise they had the ability to do a 1 hr massage in 50 minutes.Avoid.. waste of time and money... im so mad..

I had a 60 minute remedial massage with Julie. The massage was very good and I can tell that she did her best to provide the best possible massage. She knew where were the knots without me havint to telling her. Good value for money and experienced massage therapist ! Thanks again Julie!

I've been visiting here since its relocation and recommended it to my friends. All the past experiences were satisfactory.However, I was served by a therapist today and feeling scratches with her every single touch. I thought maybe she just has dry fingertips, not a really big problem. Moreover, for long hair client, other therapists will use a towel to cover the hair when massaging the neck and shoulders. But this lady kept using her hands with massage oil to move my hair around. Until that point, I just felt maybe I was unlucky today to have this therapist.After 60-minutes unpleasant touch, finally got a chance to see the therapist at the reception. I noticed her RED LONG MANICURE and I finally understand what makes me so uncomfortable this time and I was totally shocked. Her nails made me to write this review. Can't imagine why the store allows the therapist to have nails like that. How to ensure the safety and hygiene?Please avoid this therapist if you want to enjoy a magic touch experience.
